Since 1967, our team at Radax Industries has provided superior screw machine products. Innovation has always been a core value at Radax Industries and in the last ten years we have invested heavily in the future of screw machining by purchasing 7 swiss CNC screw machines. Our swiss CNC machining services yield exceptional precision and quality. We can handle milling, drilling, boring, turning, tapping, threading, reaming, pocketing, broaching, knurling, 3D milling, and more. From screws to titanium shafts, we're turning experts that employ multi-spindle, CNC controlled equipment with up to 6-7 axes of motion, backed by live tooling for added efficiency. We utilize large swing lathes for increased part measurements as well as bar feeds for high-tempo, automated production requirements. We're able to achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.0005" for concentricity, ±0.0005" for diameter, and ±0.002" for length.

Our machinists have experience with a wide range of metals, from alloy steels to pre-hardened stainless steels such as 17-4 and 15-5. In addition, they understand how to handle exotic and precious metals such as gold, Monel, silver, tantalum, and Kovars. We offer a clean, state of the art facility that's equipped with Swiss CNC machines from prominent manufacturers such as Hanwha and Tsugami. We're geared to accommodate almost any production requirement, from prototyping to high volume runs. Our blanket order program offers quick delivery of bulk inventories according to predefined schedules. We only require up to 4 weeks lead time and we'll incorporate either rush or emergency services to get the job done.

Using lights out manufacturing, our processes can be automated for hands-free, 24/7 production in order to meet any challenging project timeline. Our team emphasizes waste reduction and material optimization by practicing lean manufacturing methods. We field a Six Sigma certified staff that consistently undergoes training via our formal, continuous improvement programs. We've serviced industries nationwide including aerospace, electronics, defense, household, industrial, firearms, medical, optical, railroad, and others. Our CNC machining processes conform to industry standards by ANSI, MIL-SPEC, DOT, ASTM, FDA, QS, RoHS, TS, and SAE.
