At Radax Industries, our staff can perform extremely precise, low- cost cold forming services that will satisfy the most demanding project requirements. Our Staff have over 100 years combined experience in cold forming an array of pins, screws, dowels, rods, and shafts. We employ both 5 mm and 10 mm capacity machines from Asahi Okuma, capable of consistently achieving low temperature processes that yield high- quality finishes.
Our staff is both service oriented and knowledgeable, working with the customer to understand their needs and deliver solutions that surpass their expectations. We’ve produced parts with anodized, polished, chrome plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanized, and zinc plated finishes among others. All of our parts undergo an extensive pre- forming process, ensuring that the customer’s coating, painting, or plating project is performed to exact specifications. Our facility is geared for both low and high volume production runs, executed within lead times as short as 4 weeks. We always ensure that each project, regardless of either size or complexity, is performed on- time and within budget.
We take workmanship seriously and subject our cold formed parts to a rigorous quality control program. Through continuous employee training and improvement, our staff understands how to creatively solve problems and apply out of the box solutions in order to get the job done right the first time. Our work is performed in accordance to industry standards by ASME, ASTM, ISO, MIL- SPEC, RoHS, and TS.
